Bipolar or Just a normal depression/ anxiety

There are various type of mental illness in this world, it seems everything just fine in the surface and people rarely take serious about it when it happen to someone. This disease is either just because that someone is overthinking and still can move around and nothing is serious.

but when it comes to poor anger management, poor decision making, surrounded by ill people, affected greatly from excessive period of depression/anxiety, constantly demotivated, sudden feeling of happyness but in the other moment the mood change to anger and it was to the point where self hurt is happening.

That is something, this illness is look so normal until it can takes lives. people seldom take serious about it until it was too late. When you have any similar symptom, seek someone to talk. like talk deeply. Find peace in self and dont do self destruction. Just drop some message to me.

I feel Like Writing

Wake up to the sun, feeling gratitude to the breath still in and out. Feels like day is always never enough because of the work that I do is never finish. Its almost 2 weeks, 2018 is going to be an end. What achievement that I got? I would rather said none, but I have do what i think beyond my ability to fullfill others needs and I am pretty much ignore my own needs.

Being exhausted by all the work travel, and burning midnight oil to finish the reports and work, sometime got migrain and sometime got so grumpy and throwing tantrum at the age of 30. Haha.. but I just try to be as grateful as possible. As human, as sinner, As mistake machine, I will never escape from doing wrong, but i will never fail to learn from my mistakes. but. looking at the bright sight, I would like to do better for the nature, for the environment, for the world and for the future.

I never live forever, but i will live everyday like my last day.. self motivate and never stops! FOIN is ready for the world, y'all

Its 2018, we had step into the year like a champion. first of all, i had involve with a very great buisness. Its never been something new, its call the us stock market. well im never want to write it in hear comprehensively you can just whassap me for detail if you wish to change your life for better.

In year 2018, family member is increasing to 4+1 person and it is great because the dull and boring house is more merry with hanna in the house.

second of all, Its June and its my month to step into the 30 series. life is gonna be enjoyable. I will try harder to be happy in this 30 series to delay the aging..

Finally, Im going to traveling around as a family for the first time just to make sure everyone in the house members is happy.

Extension job scope

                    I Never Imagine of becoming somebody to talk to hundreds of people, with my personalities, anti-social, its almost impossible to become a speaker in front of crowds. All this while, i had been through quite a lot of different audiences and different question and made me ashamed of because of unable to answer all the question perfectly. As for my case, I have to surrender some question to the exprience colleagues. its for the best. total talk that i had been given is 10 talk at different district, and soon will be 11 talk by this month.

Talk at kunak, there is one audience that give me a question that i had pass to my collegue because i cant answer and i was talk bad by on of the audience. but i took their comments for better change.

Talk at penampang, i got a quite friendly audience, didnt ask too much question, maybe because they are understand so well about my talk.

Talk at tambunan, this is the first time i give talk on stage and my paper presentation was flat on the floor. thrown with question that i cant answer

talk at kuala penyu, my very first time talk at here in class room with small group of audience, under controlled but it was ok.

talk at keningau, this crowd is friendly and accepted to my talk. first talk for 2017
